Pricing & Quote Reference
Memorize the prices. Hesitation on a pricing question costs deals.
Pricing tiers
Every tier includes the complete Jet.Build suite (pre-con through closeout), unlimited internal and external users, and unlimited data. Tier differentiation is project-based: Single Project covers one active project; all other tiers include unlimited projects. Foundations engagements can range from one to five projects. Use case specifics are scoped case-by-case.
| Tier | Annual price | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Single Project | $10K | One active project |
| Small | $13.5K–15K | Unlimited projects, smaller team |
| Medium | $24K | Unlimited projects, mid-size team |
| Large | $49K | Unlimited projects, large team |
| Enterprise | $68K+ | Custom — large portfolios, government, multi-entity |
Onboarding fee
Some engagements include a one-time onboarding fee, separate from subscription pricing. This covers initial setup, integration scoping, training, and configuration. Range: $1,500 to $5,800, scoped case-by-case based on customer complexity, integration needs, and team size.
Approvals
Foundations
Every new account starts on Foundations. It's a low-cost, low-commitment 4-month engagement — full platform, full support — designed to let customers test Jet on a real project with their real data.
Pricing
Foundations engagements range from $5,760 to $14,500 total for the 4-month period, scoped to the customer's tier and use case.
What happens at month 4
At the end of the Foundations period, the customer chooses:
- Continue. They sign an annual license at one of the tiers above. The amount paid for Foundations applies toward the annual license fee.
- Exit. No further commitment. Engagement ends cleanly.
Why this works
Foundations is not a free trial. Customers pay for it and get the full platform on real projects with real data. Low cost and a short term remove the barrier to start — the engagement itself is real, not a sandbox. If we deliver, they continue. If we don't align, they walk.
For enterprise-level companies, Foundations may take the form of one project or a small license with intent to scale. The framing stays the same — Foundations, not pilot.
