We're building Jet.Build because construction and real estate development run on spreadsheets, email chains, and trust. That's a multi-trillion dollar industry held together by tape. We're replacing the tape.
Your first 90 days have one job: become someone a CFO or VP of Construction wants to talk to. Learn the product cold. Learn the buyer cold. Then carry pipeline.
How we work: direct, fast, accountable. Say what you think. Move before it's perfect. Own the outcome. We don't do politics and we don't do excuses.
This playbook is not the Jet.Build bible. It's a working set of information — your foundation, not the ceiling. Your job during ramp is to learn it cold. Your job after ramp is to make it better. Flag what's wrong. Suggest what's missing. Push back where you disagree.
By the end of ramp you should be running discovery calls without a script, demoing without notes, and forecasting deals you closed yourself. That's the bar.
